25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the deficiencies cited on 11/7/24 have been cleared. LPA met with Licensee, Laura Diaz, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Licensee guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 5 children and Licensee’s daughter present upon arrival to the facility. The following was observed:
· LPA observed the facility to be in ratio during the visit.
· LPA observed the kitchen and bathroom in the home to be clean and Licensee states the cleaner has started coming to clean the facility weekly.
· LPA observed signed LIC 9224 forms for children.
· LPA observed an updated and complete roster (LIC 9040).
LPA cleared the deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Laura Diaz. LPA also issued POC clearance letters during the visit.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Laura Diaz.
