On 10/24/22 License Program Analyst (LPA) Justin Dorsey conducted a Case Management - Other inspection at Garcia Family Child Care Home. Upon arrival LPA met with Licensee Carlota Garcia and observed 4 children in care. The purpose of the visit was to complete a health and safety check.

At the time of inspection there were 4 children with licensee Carlota Garcia. Also present in the home during the visit was Adult #2. LPA Dorsey inspected all areas of the home for health and safety compliance. During the visit Adult #1 was not observed to be in the home.

During the visit LPA Dorsey was experiencing printer problems. LPA Dorsey provided licensee with a written LIC 809. LPA Dorsey read Licensee Garcia the report and emailed licensee a copy of the LIC 809, Notice of Site Visit and Appeal Rights.
