13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Katrina Chicote conducted an unannounced complaint tele-inspection via FaceTime on 05/13/2020, to deliver findings to the above allegations. LPA toured facility with Director, Leticha Toney, there were 11 children present during this visit and four staff members.
During the course of this investigation, LPA interviewed Reporting Party (RP), RP's children, Director, Staff, parents and other children at facility. All pertinent documentation was collected. No corroborating disclosures were made regarding the above allegations from interviews conducted. During tele-inspection, LPA observed milk bags in refrigerator, refrigerator temperature following Title 22 Regulations requirements, and small milk pitchers in kitchen for family style dining. Per Director, facility serves their meals utilizing family style dining. LPA observed outdoor play area during tele-inspection, and LPA instructed Director to touch slide's surface for 15 seconds. Per Director, slide was warm but did not suffer any injury after Director lifted her hand from surface. LPA did not observe any injury on Director's hand.
