Based on an interview that was conducted with staff#4, when school was reopened in July 2020 child#4 was a new enrolled student. At the beginning child#4 either was shy or did not know how to approach staff#4 to ask to use the bathroom for pooping only, when staff#4 would noticed child #4 hiding behind the kitchen toy she knew that child#4 needed to use the bathroom, by then child#4 would have dirty underwear, only the color of underwear would changed not having the real poop in underwear. Per staff #4, child#4 never had an accident of pee. Per staff#4, once child#4 felt comfortable with staff#4 she would ask staff#4 to use the bathroom and did not have dirty underwear anymore. Per staff#4, never hit or slapped child #4 or any children for having accidents. Per staff#4, staff#4 would take the children to the bathroom after each accident and change them .
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegation is Unsubstantiated.
The notice of site visit was posted where the parent/guardian of children enter and exit the facility. This notice shall remain posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a $100.00 civil penalty.
Exit interview was conducted with Director, Karine Vardanyan at 10:30 a.m., Appeal Rights procedures explained. A copy of this report and all other Licensing reports must be made available to the public for 3 years.
