25 | At 8:15 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced required 1-year inspection to the above facility. A COVID risk assessment was conducted upon entry and appropriate PPE was used. LPA met with Licensee, Ana Navarrete, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are 9 children currently enrolled. There were 8 children present upon arrival. Two assistants (staff #4 and #5) were also present during the inspection. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that 4 adults and no children currently live in the home. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a one story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room/sleep area, kitchen, day-care room, detached garage, front yard, and backyard which is fenced. Backyard contains a detached storage room which is locked with a key lock and attached to the storage room structure is a bathroom.
Per licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, garage, front yard, and storage room in backyard which is locked with a key lock. The children have access to 2 bathrooms (one inside the house and one in the backyard attached to the locked storage room), living room, dining room/sleep area, day-care room, and backyard which is fenced.
