25 | At 1:40 pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced annual inspection to the above facility. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Licensee, Ana Navarrete, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are 6 children currently enrolled. There were 6 children present upon arrival. An assistant was also present during the inspection. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that 4 adults and no children currently live in the home. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room/sleep area, kitchen, day-care room, detached garage, front yard, and backyard which is fenced. Backyard contains a detached storage room which is locked with a key lock and attached to the storage room structure is a bathroom.
Per licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, garage, front yard, and storage room in backyard which is locked with a key lock. The children have access to 2 bathrooms (one inside the house and one in the backyard attached to the locked storage room), living room, dining room/sleep area, day-care room, and backyard which is fenced.
