Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Judy Mora conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection on 08/10/22 at 11:00 AM. LPA met with Olivia Garcia, Interim Site Supervisor. Ms. Garcia guided LPA on a tour of the facility. The purpose of this visit was to ensure that the facility is in compliance with Title 22 regulations and that the citations issued on 06/28/22 were corrected by the Licensee.

LPA observed 3 infants with 02 staff in the infant room. Teacher-child ratios were observed to be in accordance with Title 22 regulations. Staff names were recorded. Criminal Record Clearances were reviewed.

LPA visually inspected the infant classroom and outdoor play yard. LPA observed the infant room to be clean and sanitary. LPA observed all floors to be clean. LPA observed outdoor play equipment to be clean.

LPA Mora corrected all deficiencies on this date and issued Letters of Deficiency Citations Cleared to the Site Supervisor.

At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.

Exit interview was conducted with Interim Site Supervisor, Olivia Garcia.
