13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elka Chavez conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in Spanish on this date for the purpose of delivering the finding to the above allegation. LPA arrived at the facility at 2:35 pm and met with Licensee Maria Gutierrez. There were 3 children present during today's inspection.
During the course of the investigation conducted by I.B. Investigator Peter Zertuche, interviews were conducted with the licensee, parents and day care children and the subject of the investigation. It was noted that child #1 was exposed to inappropriate material by child #4. Interviews conducted revealed that child #1 was shown a video of a boy hitting a girl but both were fully clothed by child #4. Day-care children interviewed deny being shown any inappropriate material by child #1. Based on interviews conducted and documentation obtained it has been determined that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegation is unsubstantiated.
