An unannounced, in-person Annual/Required-3 year inspection was conducted on this date by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Emiko Bell and Judy Mora. Upon arrival, LPAs were greeted by Director Liliana Vasquez in the Director's office. The purpose of the inspection was announced to Director Vasquez.

Director Vasquez explained that there are currently no school-age children in care; the last day there was a child in attendance was August 2021.

At 09:20, Director Vasquez then guided LPAs on a tour of the kitchen, the school-age classroom, the school-age bathroom, and the school-age playground. All areas identified on the Facility Sketch were inspected, including the food preparation area, storage and refrigeration; the rest rooms, equipment, outside play area and overall conditions of facility. There are no pools or similar bodies of water on the premises. There are no firearms or other weapons on the premises. There were no accessible poisons. Furniture and equipment were inspected for age appropriateness and good repair. Telephone service, heating, lighting and ventilation were evaluated. An isolation area with a sink and toilet was inspected. Age-appropriate sinks and toilets were inspected for availability, good repair, water temperatures, toilet paper, paper towels, area safety and sanitation. First Aid supplies were inventoried; there is a First Aid Kit kept on the sink in the classroom and one in the office. Per Director, there are no medications kept on premises. The food preparation area (kitchen) was toured for safety, cleanliness and proper equipment. All refrigerators had thermometers and all were measured at below 45 degrees
