Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alicia Mooberry conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 12/11/24. LPA arrived at the facility at 3:30 pm to deliver the findings for the above allegations. LPA met with Elsa Contreras who provided tour of facility. LPA observed, 3 children including 1 infant in care.

During this visit LPA attempted interviewed children and licensee. During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with complainant and other witnesses and parties. Five out of Five parties confirmed that the licensee is present during drop off and pick up of children in care. Interviews did confirm that there are individuals caring for children that do no thave a background clearacne. LPA observed that licensee was present during unnanounced visits on 9/26/24 and 12/11/24. LPA did not observe uncleared adult during visits.
Although the allegations above may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegation is unsubstantiated. -------- Report continues

The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site inspection by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
