13 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) T. Tran and A. Padilla made an unannounced visit at the above licensed facility for the purpose of delivering the finding for the above complaint allegation. LPAs met with Site Supervisor, TiJauna Barnes and toured the facility. LPAs observed proper care and supervision.
Based upon the evidence obtained through the course of interviews staff, children, and other the allegation of facility staff hit daycare child did not occurred. There were no witnesses that staff member hit a daycare child while in care therefore, there was no credible evidence to support or disprove the above personal rights allegation occurred at this facility. This allegation has been determined unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
