13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Randy Derraco conducted an unannounced complaint insepction to the above mentioned address. LPA arrived at the facility at 9:30 AM and met with licensee, Maria Orozco who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. The purpose of this visit is to deliver complaint findings for the above allegations. LPA observed 1 adult assistant and 2 children in care. The home was observed to be clean and in good repair. LPA observed 1 child leaving at 10:40 AM.
During the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, obtained records and made observations. LPA was unable to corroborate that the licensee's conduct poses a risk to children in care and that she handled day care children in a rough manner. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED
