32 | LPA inspected the outdoor playground. The outdoor equipment was inspected for safety, cushioning material, good repair and age appropriateness. Required shade and fencing were inspected. Outdoor play yard has water via water fountain that was found to be functional.
LPA observed no issues pertaining to supervision or teacher-child ratios. LPA reviewed staff and children's records, sign in and out sheets, and disaster drill (last documented 9/17/19) and found to be complete.
Currently there are no children in care who require medication services. Medication is stored in a lock box above the refrigerator in the kitchen.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records.
