An unannounced Annual Random Inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) A. Lucero. LPA met with licensee Daniela Amaro who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. This is a single story, three bedroom, one bathroom home. Currently residing in the home are three adults (Licensee, spouse and adult child) and two minors. Present at the time of inspection was licensee's assistant who was providing care and supervision, and licensee's adult child who was in a bedroom not providing care and supervision.
Areas accessible to children were inspected as follows: Living room, kitchen, dining area, one bathroom, three bedroom, back yard.
Areas off limits include: Laundry room, attached garage, front yard.
Licensee states that there are no weapons or firearms on the premises. LPA did not observe swimming pools or spas on the premises. The backyard is adequately fenced. There are age appropriate toys and equipment on the premises. The smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are present in the facility and in operable condition. Fire extinguisher is present at the facility.
