25 | Licensing program analyst (LPA) R. Derraco conducted an unannounced case management visit to the above mentioned facility on 03/30/23. LPA arrived at the facility at 1:15 PM and was met by Teacher Jaquita Brown, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA did not observe any other adults in the facility. 11 children were observed napping on cots. The center was observed to be clean and in good repair. LPA observed director arriving to the facility at 1:40 PM
LPA observed that Mandated Reporter AB1207 training certificate for both Director and Teacher were on file with a completion date of 03/25/23. LPA observed cushioned mats beneath the climbing structure located in the outdoor play area. LPA observed that licensee has declaration indicating she will place a letter to all parents at front door to have them sign their children in and out. LPA observed the letter taped to the entrance of the door. LPA observed a completed LIC 503 signed by a doctor in the director's personnel file.
LPA observed all citations issued on 03/22/23 to be cleared. Child Care Center was observed to be in compliance to California Code of Regulations Title 22. Plan of correction letters indicating citations have been cleared, printed and provided to Director.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
