25 | At 9:30 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced annual inspection to the above facility. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Licensee, Mayra Vizcaino, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are seven children currently enrolled. There were three children present upon arrival. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that 1 adult and two children currently live in the home. Per Licensee, there are no assistants in the facility. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a one-story home which consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, family room (day care room), kitchen, dining room, laundry room, detached garage, front yard, and backyard which is fenced.
Per licensee, the children have access to family room (day care room), one bathroom, and backyard which is fenced. Areas off-limits to children and parents include two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, living room, detached garage, and front yard.
Licensee guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this visit, all areas identified on the facility sketch that are accessible for children to use were toured and inspected and the following was observed.
