25 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Anomeh Eivazian and Enjoli Maeweather conducted an unannounced Required -1 year inspection. LPAs met with Sabrina Sarian, Director who guided analyst on tour of the facility. This is an infant program which consists of one classroom. There is a preschool program with toddler option on the site with facility number 198011085. Facility operation hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
All areas identified on the Facility Sketch were inspected. The following staff were present during this inspection: Three staff with 6 infants in the classroom, 5 infants were awake and one infant was napping in the crib room. During the tour of the facility LPAs observed child#1's food in a plate on the half wall uncovered. (picture was taken). Per teachers, child#1 was sleeping and not ready to eat the food.

PHYSICAL PLANT
LPA observed the facility to be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair. Furniture and equipment was inspected for age appropriateness and good repair, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. All indoor classroom area was inspected to ensure that the floors have a surface that is safe and clean. All materials accessible to children were observed to be toxic-free. Telephone service, heating, lighting and ventilation were evaluated. Children have their own cubby to store their belongings. Per director, parents take Linens home each week on Friday or as needed and return it on Monday. Napping equipment (cots) were observed to be stored in the classroom. Availability of indoor drinking water was observed in the classroom. First Aid supplies were observed in the classroom in a cabinet. REPORT CONTINUES ON THE NEXT PAGE 1 OF 4 |
