LPA(s) were greeted by Karen Gutierrez lead teacher and was informed Barbara Schumacher Education Coordinator would be arriving soon. At approximately 10:10am Barbara Schumacher arrived and conducted a tour of the facility. Also present in the facility were 2 daycare children and 3 teachers/staff. Per AB 2370, all CCCs that are located in buildings constructed before January 1, 2010, must have their water tested and post the results by January 1, 2023, and every 5 years after the date of the first testing.
Facility provided facility sketch, although all outlets tested were not properly labeled. In addition, required forms LIC 9276, and LIC 9275 have not been submitted to LPA as of this date. On 05/19/2023, the Department received notification from the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), Division of Drinking Water (DDW).
