25 | At 9:15 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced required 1-year inspection to the above facility. A COVID risk assessment was conducted upon entry and appropriate PPE was used by LPA. LPA met with Licensee, Stacey Fivecoat, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are 13 children currently enrolled. There were 10 children present upon arrival. Also present upon arrival were licensee’s assistant and licensee’s husband. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that 3 adults and 1 child currently live in the home. Per Licensee, there is one assistant working at the facility. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a two-story home which consists of 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, garage, office, and classroom on the first floor; and 1 large room upstairs being used as a bedroom on the second floor. The property also contains a front yard and a backyard which is fenced.
Per licensee, areas off-limits to children and parents include bedroom, 1 bathroom, office, garage, and front yard on the first floor; and the entire second floor which is accessed by a door in the hallway area. Licensee stated the door to the second floor is always locked during daycare hours and LPA observed the door to be locked on this day. The children have access to kitchen, dining room, living room, classroom, one bathroom, and backyard which is fenced.
