25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tiffanie Tran conducted an annual random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA met with Licensee, licensee's mother, licensee's adult sister and an employee with 9 children in care and about 10:30 AM we toured areas of the home. All adults have fingerprinted cleared and associated to the licensed facility. LPA observed proper care and supervision of children and ratios.
This is a single dwelling home consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dinning room kitchen, family room and a den. Children have their own entrance to the child care area. Child care conducted in family room and a den. Children do have access to one bathroom by the family room. The rest of the areas in the home are off-limits to children. LPA observed a safe gate by the kitchen area made the kitchen area inaccessible to children in care. Licensee acknowledged that children may never enter these off-limit areas. Per licensee, children play in the backyard. LPA observed to be fenced in, safe and clean. LPA did not observe bodies of water on the premises. Per licensee, there is only an outside cat in the home no other pets. LPA observed all posting requirements by the entrance. Licensee had current CPR/First Aid certificates (Exp. 3/2021), fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide and smoke detector meet regulations. Cleaning materials and medications are inaccessible, there is a working telephone, and toys appear to be safe. Licensee stated there are no fire arms in the home. The home conducted emergency disaster drill on a monthly basis. LPA reviewed children's record to be complete and orderly.
