32 | The facility provides the program with an afternoon snack which is provided by the school and eaten in the cafeteria. Children are escorted and supervised by staff when they transition to the cafeteria. Snack menu was observed posted in the facility.
Required postings were observed on a parent board. Director's First Aid/CPR certifications were reviewed and expire 01/17/2020. LPA reviewed sign in/outs sheets and children's roster. The last disaster drill conducted was on 2/7/2020 and are being documented every month.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services - IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s personnel and administrative records. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
