32 | The facility provides an afternoon snack through the Alhambra Unified School District food program which follows all federal guidelines. Snack menu was observed posted in the facility.
Required postings were observed on a parent board. Director's First Aid/CPR certifications were reviewed and expire 03/16/2024. LPA reviewed sign in/outs sheets and children's roster. The last disaster drill conducted was on 12/9/2022 and are being documented every month.
Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department. No children or staff files were reviewed during today's visit. Files are kept in Options For Learning main office located at: 885 Village Oaks Dr. Ste. #113, Covina CA 91724.
