32 | Monthly menus were observed by the sign in area by the front gate of the facility. This facility provides AM snack, lunch, and PM snack. The lunch is brought to the facility by a catering company. There was no kitchen observed. LPA did observe the pantry area in classroom B where the facility kept its snacks.
FACILITY RECORDS: All individuals present have obtained a criminal record clearance or criminal record exemption. There is at least one person trained in CPR and Pediatric First Aid present during this inspection.
Children's roster, Children's files, Staff files were reviewed and are current. In review of children’s records, files contain information including, but not limited to the following: Name, address and telephone number of the child's authorized representative and of relatives or others who can assume responsibility for the child if the authorized representative cannot be reached when necessary.
Per Director, there are currently no children enrolled at this time who required IMS. For IMS information, see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. No deficiencies were cited during this inspection.
Facility was advised to check the CCL website at www.cdss.ca.gov for licensing forms, regulations and quarterly updates.
Notice of Site Visit (LIC9213) was provided and must be posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
