25 | On April 10, 2025, at 1:00 pm Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced annual inspection at the above facility. LPA was greeted by Licensee, Manoushak Mkroyan who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Licensee’s volunteer/assistant, S2 was also present for the inspection. Per licensee there are 12 children enrolled and LPA observed 12 children in care 2 being infants. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 6:00 am.
Family members residing in the home are 4 adults who obtain criminal record clearance. This is a two-story home which consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, living room, dining room, 3 kitchens, attached garage that has been converted into a guest room, front yard and backyard (fenced).
Off limit areas include 3 Kitchens, dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom on the first floor, entire second floor which consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, attached garage that has been converted into a guest room, 1 bathroom inside the guest room, and backyard.
Areas accessible to children in care are living room (main day care area), half bathroom in the hallway, 2 bedrooms on the first floor, and front yard which is fenced.
At 1:15 pm, licensee guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Per licensee, parents enter through the front door, which leads them to the living room. Upon entrance through the front door, LPA inspected the living room which is the main day care area. There is a fireplace in the living room which has been barricaded making it inaccessible to children in care. LPA observed several age-appropriate toys for children in care, along with 10 napping children and one infant playing with toys. Napping equipment in the form of cots were observed.
