A section of the backyard is off limits to children by locked gate. LPA observed a recreational room in the off limits outdoor area. The Licensee will need to install a barrier or provide a declaration that the outdoor play area driveway is not used for vehicles during hours of operations. LPA observed no accessible medicines, cleaners or hazardous items that can pose a danger to children. Kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets have locks to prevent children from accessing hazardous items. Per Licensee, there are no firearms, weapons, or bodies of water at the facility. Per applicant, there are no dual licenses at this address. Napping equipment for infants is available. All posting requirements were observed to be posted at the time of visit.
The Licensee has a small dog and other small pets in the off limits area that appeared friendly. |
