Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seung Lee conducted a prelicensing inspection. Upon arrival LPA Lee met with Director Julie Cho.

The purpose of the inspection was to obtain documents requested in regards to the pending change of ownership application. During the inspection LPA Lee collected documents from the facility that was requested prior to the inspection. LPA Lee provided consultation in regards to the documents submitted and verified that the facility understood what the corrections were prior to obtaining the documents.

During the inspection LPA Lee explained that the application with new documents will be submitted for review with the pending waiver request for staggered outside play space schedule.

Exit interview conducted with Director Julie Cho. Appeal rights discussed and explained.
