32 | The outdoor play area is made up of brick wall and iron fence. Children will be escorted to and from the playground by staff at all times. A sectioned of open area inside the building (adjacent to the classrooms) will also be used as additional play space should the weather not allow for outdoor activities.
Per director, entire area will be cleaned and cleared of any debris and pictures of play equipment and shade structure will be sent once installed. Per director, water and cups will be brought out when children go outdoors. LPA has advised that utility pipes in play area be barricaded or padded for children's safety.
Per applicant, a waiver will be requested to use a staggered schedule as the outdoor space was measured to accommodate only 16 children.

The following items are pending prior to licensure: removal of identified furniture inside the classrooms, barricade/fencing by rear exit/stairs of second level additional play area, step stools for restrooms, updated menu with portion sizes and designated sink used for snacks, outdoor play waiver, padding/barricade for the utility pipes in play yard, cleaning of the yard and outdoor equipment in place outside.
