25 | CASE MANAGEMENT INSPECTION CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN This was a case management inspection conducted by Licensing Program (LPA) Anomeh Eivazian at 8:45 a.m.. This case management inspection was conducted with Licensee, Arman Igitkhanyan in Armenian to address a request for a capacity increase to a Large Family Child Care Home (FCCH) license. Licensee, Arman Igikhanyan has been licensed at this address since 01/08/2020. For Large Family Child Care Home Fire Clearance was granted on 02/18/21. During this inspection ten children were present in the home. Facility has Emergency Waiver on file. Per licensee, Arman Igitkhyanyan facility hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. During this inspection also Ovsanna Mamyan, licensee's wife/assistant and Anahit Galstyan, licensee's assistant were present in the home.
All areas identified on the facility sketch were inspected. This is a one story home that consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 restrooms, dining room (classroom), living room (classroom), kitchen, laundry room, backyard (fenced), detached garage and front yard.
Areas that are accessible to children are as follows: Living room and dining room (classrooms), 1/2 bathroom adjacent to the kitchen, kitchen, 1 bedroom next to the kitchen and front part of backyard (fenced).
Areas off limits based on facility sketch submitted to children and parents include: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, back of backyard, front yard, detached garage (storage), and laundry room.

At 9:10 a.m., Licensee took this LPA on a tour of the home. LPA was toured through the interior starting with the living room and dining room (daycare classrooms), LPA observed sofas, a coffee table, and TV in the living room. LPA observed children's table, chairs, and toys in the dining room. LPA observed all electrical outlets were covered in living room and dining room.
