13 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Cynthia Reyes conducted an unannounced follow up site inspection to present the findings of the complaint allegation listed above. LPA met with licensee Mariam, who guided the LPA on a tour of the facility. Due to COVID-19, precautionary measures were taken by the LPA and all individuals present during the entire inspection. All individuals wore appropriate personal protective equipment. LPA observed 4 Infant/Toddlers in care with Co-Licensee Awny Ibrahim while licensee Mariam was preparing breakfast for the children.
During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with licensees, children and witnesses, reviewed and received records. Based on the available information and the LPAs own observations, and although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
