25 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Anomeh Eivazian and David Kurdoglyan conducted an unannounced annual inspection to the above facility on 04/08/2022. LPAs arrived at the facility at 8:30 AM and met with Maite Campos Artziniega, Licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Also present during this inspection, was Jabnia Frutos Martinez, Licensee’s Assistant. Per licensee, facility hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This is a one story home which consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room (daycare area), front yard, detached garage, and patio (fenced). Per licensee the children use the living room (daycare room), one bathroom, and patio (fenced). Per licensee areas off limits to children and parents include: 2 bedrooms,dining room, kitchen, front yard, detached garage, and off-limit area in the patio. LPAs did not observe stairs in the home during this inspection. Per licensee, parents enter the home through the main entrance which leads to the daycare area. There is a screen door with (2) locks on the front entrance. In addition, the wrought iron railings and openings leading to front door are covered with mesh. During this inspection individuals who reside in the home were discussed and notes on Confidential Name List (LIC811) and attached to this report.
All areas identified on the facility sketch that are accessible for children to use were inspected for safety, comfort, and cleanliness. At 8:40 a.m., Licensee took this LPAs on a tour of the home. LPAs were toured through the interior starting with the living room (daycare area), LPAs observed a sofa, children tables and chairs, napping cots, one pack 'n play, a changing table, and toys. LPAs observed 11 children were present in the facility at the time of inspection and playing in daycare area. LPAs observed all electrical outlets were covered in daycare area. LPAs observed a safety gate was installed to the dining room to make it inaccessible to he children. LPAs observed the door which leads to the bathroom and bedrooms were closed during this inspection. Next LPAs toured the one bathroom and did not observe any hazards.
