This was Pre licensing inspection conducted on 13/3/2020 at 1:00 PM by Denise Gibbs, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA). Due to COVID-19 and precautionary measures, this Pre licensing Inspection was conducted with Tiffany Fields, Preschool Director/applicant via a tele-inspection by use of Zoom.

The purpose of today's visit was to inspect correction made by facility and remeasure the infant outdoor activity space. During inspection Director/Applicant guided LPA on a tour of the outdoor activity space. LPA observed a four-foot gate around the infant activity space which physically separated the infant from the preschool yard. LPA observed a large tree in this space which provides shade. Per Director additional shade has been ordered and will be added to the yard this week. LPA observed measurements of the outdoor space. LPA also observed that infants will have to travel through a walkway in the preschool yard to get to their yard. Per Applicant, they will be requesting a transition waiver for the outdoor space.

Applicant is seeking to provide care for 16 Infants; Based on measurements, the facility has space for: 16 Infants Indoors and 11 Infants outdoor. Applicant has requested an Outdoor waiver for staggered play. A fire clearance has been granted as of 11/10/2020.

A Child Care Center license may be granted upon Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Approval. Once licensed, the applicant is required to comply with the terms and limitations stated on the license.
