25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brannon conducted a case management inspection . LPA met with licensee, Lucy Landeros. During today's visit, LPA interviewed children # 1 and # 2, took a census, interviewed licensee and licensee's minor son.
This visit is due to licensee calling in an incident report dated 6/24/21. Madera Police Department and Child Protective Service came out to conduct an investigation in regards to an incident of inappropriate action between children. Licensee did call the incident to Licensing and mailed in an unusual incident report. LPA did not receive the unusual incident report and requested licensee to provide a copy. LPA received a copy of child roster.
Interviews reflect that licensee's minor son does provide supervision as needed for short period of time, does not interact with the children in care, eats in his bedroom and comes out to use the computer. Licensee stated that Madera Police Department and Child Protective Service has not followed up with their initial visit. Licensee is aware to notify Licensing of future interactions with Madera Police Department and/or Child Protective Service.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency was cited. Licensee was provided a copy of appeal rights.
This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
