On 02/03/2020, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Candis Rodriguez conducted an unannounced annual inspection. LPA met with Director Jean Boren and toured the facility indoors and outdoors. There were no school age children present during this inspection. This facility operates year-round, Monday through Friday, 6:30AM to 6:00PM.

There are no bodies of water. Firearms and other weapons are not allowed or stored on the premises of a child care center. The facility is clean, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the health and well-being of children, employees, and visitors. In combination programs, outdoor activity space provided for school-age children is physically separate from space provided for preschool age children.

No poisons were observed during this inspection. Furniture and equipment are in good condition, free of sharp, loose or pointed parts. All toilets, hand washing, and bathing facilities are in safe and sanitary operating condition. All floors are clean and safe. All kitchen, food preparations and storage areas are kept clean, free of litter, rubbish, and free of rodents and other vermin. All storage containers for solid waste, including moveable bins, have tight-fitting covers that are kept on, and in good repair. Uncontaminated drinking water is readily available both indoors and out.

Outdoor activity space surfaces are free of hazards. Facility has one or more functioning carbon monoxide detectors that meet statutory requirements. Fire drills are conducted at least once every six months as required. The last fire drill was conducted in 09/2019.

There is a separate, complete, and current record maintained for each child enrolled in this facility. Each child's record contains a medical assessment.
