25 | On 11/19/21 at 10:45am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Haydee Caliboso conducted an unannounced plan of correction (POC) inspection regarding a substantiated complaint. LPA met with the Licensee, Heather Majoulet. The purpose of the inspection was explained. Present in the home during the inspection were the Licensee, Assistant Teacher, and 7 preschool age children.
On 10/26/21 Licensee was cited for over capacity. LPA obtained and observed children’s timecards and sign in and out sheets that in the month of September, Licensee had a total of 17 children enrolled including 1 infant during morning/daytime and in the evening time in September 2021. Licensee did not comply with Title 22 Regulations under section 102416.5(1)(2)(a)(b). LPA issued a Type A citation for operating over licensed capacity limits. A POC was created with Licensee.
As of 11/19/2021 at 10:45am, LPA observed the Licensee to be operating with 7 enrolled preschool children. During today's inspection, LPA reviewed licensee's current roster and children's records. LPA confirmed licensee to be operating within licensed capacity limits on this date.
Plan of Correction cited on 10/26/21 has been cleared. No deficiencies cited today.
After today’s inspection, an exit interview was conducted with Licensee, Heather Majoulet. This report is public and can be reviewed. A copy of this report will be provided to the licensee with a Notice of Site Visit, Appeal Rights and Procedures via email. Licensee was reminded that the Notice of Site Visit shall be posted in a prominent place in facility for 30 days during the hours of operation. Failure to maintain postings as required will result in a civil penalty of $100. |
