On October 08 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yesenia Fierro conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings regarding the above allegation. LPA met with Director, Dina Gonzalez, toured the facility and took a census. LPA explained and discussed the allegation and findings with Mrs. Gonzalez

During the course of this investigation LPA interviewed the Director, teachers, parents, and children and reviewed pertinent documentation. Information obtained throughout the investigation did not produce sufficient information to meet the preponderance of evidence standard to support that the lack of supervision resulted in daycare children engaging in inappropriate activity.

Although the above allegation may have happened or/is valid, there is no preponderance to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
