On May 14, 2021, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Ginny Badhesha and Jeovanna Yanez conducted a Case Management inspection. LPA met with Director, Juan Gama. A tour of the facility was made and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection was to conduct a case management visit. LPAs were following up on an unusual incident that was filed on March 5, 2021 about a former teacher mishandling a child while a stranger was yelling at them through the fence.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited today.
