Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marilou Monico made an unannounced follow-up complaint investigation inspection. LPA met with Center Director, Jennifer Sebolino. The purpose of today's inspection was discussed with Jennifer.

Based on LPA's observations, interviews with staff and parents, record reviews, and evidence gathered during the investigation process, it is concluded that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. The above allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Center Director, Jennifer Sebolino.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
