32 | Center Director, Jennifer Sebolino, was reminded that all adults 18 and over responsible for administration or direct supervision of staff, persons who provide care and supervision to children, and staff who have contact with children, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
An updated facility sketch, Emergency Disaster Plan (LIC 610), Designation of Facility Responsibility (LIC 308), and paperwork for the assistant director were received during the inspection.
Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Center Director, Jennifer Sebolino, and advised her that a license for 26 children will be granted upon receipt of the following:
1) Approved fire clearance.
2) Photos showing that the crib area is set up with cribs and gate has been installed.
There were no deficiencies cited.
A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS GIVEN AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. |
