LPA's Stephanie Collins and Mac Dung met with Enrollment Director Michelle Dominguez. The case management inspection was in response to facility’s request to increase adjust the square footage on the licenses by removing Portable the Temporary Portable/ Classroom # 3 from license and adding the new "Little House Building" to the license. The Preschool Capacity will remain at 62 children. The application was received in the Department on 10/08/21, A fire safety inspection from the Monterey County Regional Fire District was completed on 10/11/ 2021.

Bardis Family Preschool is currently using Buildings 1, 2, 3 and Portable. The Preschool is located on the All Saints Day School Campus (an active school site).

LPA discussed the requirements of AB 633 to Enrolment Director Michelle Dominguez : and provided her the fact sheet. NO Deficiencies were cited. Exit interview was conducted. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUE AND MUST BE POSTED ON OR ADJACENT TO THE INTERIOR SIDE OF THE MAIN DOOR INTO THE FACILITY FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
