On 02/08/2022 at 10:45 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Susy Cervantes, met with licensees, Adriana Reyes and Gaudencia Gonzalez, to deliver complaint findings. Present were licensees with 6 children: 1 infant and 5 preschool.

This agency has investigated the complaints alleging: Staff yell at day care child as a form of discipline. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Adriana Reyes. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
