Regional Manager (RM) Tony Studebaker and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Samantha Yip conducted a Case Management-Other inspection. RM and LPA met with Licensee Andrea Scott and Director Jillian Andrade and explained the reason for the inspection. The purpose of this inspection is to review the Decision and Order related to Christina Molthen.
Licensee stated that Christina was terminated and is no longer working at the center. Licensee understands that Christina cannot work at the facility.
No deficiencies were issued as a result of this inspection. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Andrea Scott. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
