Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Glenn Ouye met with Ada Funes to consult with the change of ownership that will take place for the infant and preschool center.
The current ownership will cease operations on June 30, 2022 and the new owner will be operating as the entity Discoveryland Preschool, Inc. The new owner will want to start operations at of July 1, 2022. Ada Funes will own 100% of the shares of the corporation. She will submit the application on Monday, June 20, 2022.
