25 | LPA Kevin O'Connell made an unannounced case management inspection visit in response to a room change and an increase in capacity request for the toddler option from 6 to 15 children in Building-F (toddler building).
Seven staff were supervising 54 preschool children. Ratio and capacity are met. Fire Marshall approval was given on 9/25/19.
The 2A 40 B:C fire extinguishers were charged. There was a functioning carbon monoxide detector. The floor plan & yard plan measurements were adequate for the requested increase to 15 toddlers. There were 4 sinks and two toilets and an adult bathroom in the building.

This report, as well as the AAP Guide to Safe Sleep, Safe Sleep in Childcare brochure, What does a Safe Sleep Environment Look Like brochure & Safe Sleep Concepts handout, were reviewed and discussed with the licensee. The Effects of Lead Exposure brochure has been reviewed with and discussed with the licensee.
The increase in capacity and room addition change are effective as of today 9/27/19.
