32 | Center has submitted a waiver request for a staggered schedule due to limited outdoor space.
Outdoor measurements: 108 'X 39' = 4212 divided by 75 = 56 children
The following was observed:
· Classrooms are adequately equipped with age and size appropriate furniture and equipment
· Water fountains are available for inside and outside.
· Playground is enclosed by appropriate fence and play items
· Adequate shade is provided by trees and canopy.
· Food preparation area is equipped with refrigerator; sink with hot and cold running water: storage area; adequate amount of food supplies and additional items.
· Ill children will be in the DIrector's office and shall use the bathroom located in the play yard, next to the office . Additional cot is available
· Medication will be stored in the locked box in the file cabinet in the Director's office.
· First Aid kit is complete.
Director is current on the required CPR/ First aid certification, valid through 1/2021.
Fire clearance has been received from Orange county Fire Department and granted approval for the requested capacity.
Based on today’s measurement, sink & toilet availability, Center have enough indoor space to support to the requested capacity of 120 children. Facility meets all licensing requirements and file will be submitted for approval as of today.

Notice of Site visit and appeal rights were presented to the Licensee.
