Based on the information gathered during the course of investigation by IB Investigator, supportive investigative reports from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, and LPA’s review, there is not enough proof to support the allegation of a parent inappropriately touched a child while using the restroom. This agency has investigated the personal rights complaint allegation, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove, the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

The director was provided a copy of their appeal right (LIC 9058) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights.

Exit interview was conducted with director, Cori Preisler.
End of report.
