LPA reviewed with director the LIC 311A, Records To Be Maintained At The Facility, for child’s records, personnel records, administrative records, and documents to be posted. Orange county Fire authority has approved the requested capacity of 114 preschool children and 24 toddlers from toddler option program. Based on today’s indoor and outdoor measurements, sinks and toilets availability, the request of the facility for adding a toddler option component in rooms # 1, and 2 for ages 18 months to 36 months will be final reviewed and discussed with management in the Regional Office. The facility will be notified if any additional document is required.
Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters and other important information communication platform.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days.
Based on the indoor measurements, outdoor measurements, number of toilets, and sinks, the total capacity will be 138 children. (24 toddlers ages 18 to 36 months old) and 114 preschool children ages 2 to 6 years old. The director was informed of checking children under 24 months old every 15 minutes and logging them in during nap time. A sample of the log was given to the director. The director was also informed the maximum group of toddler option with two staff is 12 toddlers. Each group should not exceed 12 toddlers.
The following are needed before an updated license is issued: Please send them no later than 30 days of today's date.
1- Wavier request to share the restroom of the facility for the toddler option program with preschool program. There are 4 toilets and 2 sinks in this restroom that will be shared with each other. Please send the following with your request letter to our office. LIC 999, LIC 500, posting pictures on the restroom walls.
