32 | OUTDOOR INSPECTION. The LPA inspected the outdoor area. The facility has a conditional waiver for the playgrounds: when clients are in the playground, cones and signs are placed in the grassy area to define the play area for clients. At the time of inspection, the surface of the outdoor activity area was maintained and free of any observable hazards. The areas around and under high climbing equipment, swings, slides, and other similar equipment were cushioned with material that absorbs falls. The outdoor equipment is in good repair. There are no bodies of water at the facility.
