Additionally there is one sink attached to the diaper changing table in each of the 5 classrooms. All the diaper changing tables meet Title 22 Regulations. The diaper changing tables are located in the classrooms in a way the staff are able to supervise the rest of the children while changing diaper for one child.
The classrooms are equipped with carbon monoxide detector. All the classrooms have age appropriate toys and equipment. Every 15 minutes check on the log was discussed and reviewed as well as infant needs and service plan. The director's CPR and 1st aid, immunization, and Mandated Reporter Training Certificates are current.

Orange county Fire authority has approved the requested capacity of 48 infants and toddlers by adding room # 6 and is on file.
Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters and other important information communication platform. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the director, Jasmin Canales.
Based on today’s measurements, the sinks and toilets availability, the request of the facility for adding room # 6 with a capacity of 48 children will be final reviewed and discussed with management in the Regional Office after receiving the following. The facility will be notified if any additional information is required.
1- Waiver request for using the playground on a staggered schedule for 48 infants and toddlers not to exceed 28 children at any given time. Please submit LIC 999, LIC 500, playground schedule, and a Photo of the playground with your request letter.
