LPA attempted to interview C1 on 2/25/22, however LPA was unable to qualify C1 due to limited verbal communication.

On 12/17/21 and 3/07/22, LPA interviewed 4 staff including the director. According to the director, P1 came to school and asked about C1 being hit by a ruler. Director states they do not have a ruler at school and will speak with Staff 2(S2). S2 states she spoke with P1 and informed did not witness C1 hit by a ruler nor this incident took place. According to the director, staff are all trained in personal rights. There was no disclosure from the 2 staff. On 1/31/22, LPA called 11 parents of which 5 of the 11 were interviewed. There were no disclosures from the 5 parents. LPA did not receive a call back from the 6 parents. On 3/07/22, LPA interviewed 5 children. No disclosures made from the children.
