Based on the information gathered from the interviews conducted with the Licensee, the Complainant, the three Children’s Parents and photograph received there is insufficient evidence to corroborate that the children had access to explicit adult material while in care was due to lack of supervision. Although the children did have access to adult content while in care, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur due to lack of supervision, therefore the allegation: regarding children having access to explicit adult material while in care is Unsubstantiated.
Exit interview was conducted with Licensee via Tele-Inspection. Report was read and reviewed with Licensee Martha Jauregui. Appeal Rights were also explained, Licensee was informed first level appeal is to Regional Manager, address is provided above on the report. A copy of the Investigation Report along with Appeal Rights will be email to Licensee with a Read Receipt to acknowledge report was received. Licensee was asked to respond to email stating “I have read and received the report, I acknowledge receipt.” This statement will be used in lieu of Signature. The Notice of Site Visit was not posted due to Tele-Investigation COVID-19 State of Emergency.
